- Intention and methods of clearing energy
- The Japanese Reiki techniques and The Three Pillars, as taught by Dr. Usui
- Reiki I Attunement
- Hand positions for self-treatment
- Hand positions for treating others
- Hands on experience with giving a complete treatment.
- How to start your Reiki practice and how to receive professional designation with the Canadian Reiki Association. www.reiki.ca
Reiki Manual and all class materials are included in this course.
A Level I Reiki Certificate is issued upon successful completion

Preparing for classes: To enhance your experience of the attunement it is suggested that before the class you: eliminate the use of caffeine, don't drink alcohol, minimize or stop eating sweets, cut back or eliminate smoking, don't eat meat, meditate one-half to one hour per day or spend time in silence, reduce or eliminate TV, radio, and reading newspapers; go for walks, spend time in nature, get some exercise, release anger, fear, jealousy, hate, worry, and envy; read material that is uplifting and inspiring.
Most importantly. . . do not consume nicotine, caffeine, alcohol or any other type of stimulant on the day of your initiation.
