Deepening into Sound facilitators:
David Hickey was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario. David is a world class performer of sacred Sound. After being introduced to his first Crystal Bowl in 2002 he began to assemble his own set, which now includes over 30 different crystal tones. He plays these bowls in combination with vocals, Tibetan Bowls, Oriental Wind Gongs, Paiste Gongs, and various drums to create beautiful meditative and healing music. www.crystaljourney.ca

Barbara McKell is an Intuitive Healer, Certified Sound Therapist, Reiki Master and inspiring Workshop Facilitator. She uses various sound instruments and incorporates sounding, toning and chanting into her healing practice. David was her inspiration to begin collecting  her own set of Crystal bowls. She now has over 17 bowls plus a variety of tibetan and alchemical bowls, which she uses to create an powerful sonic experince. Barbara lives in Guelph, Ontario. No previous musical experience is required and you don't have to be able to sing. We use the voice for toning and chanting. You just need to be able to create sound.
